Salah Offers Regret to Squad, Says Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has revealed that Salah expressed regret to the entire Liverpool squad in the wake of the controversy from his public comments.

The striker was dropped from a key Champions League match following voicing frustrations and suggesting his relationship with manager had broken down.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘If I’ve affected anybody, please accept my apology.’”
The head coach has previously declined to disclose on whether he was apologised to from the veteran striker.

Jones insisted that the squad's reaction remained positive. “Nothing about him changed, his demeanour was positive and it was business as usual,” Jones added.
The midfielder also implied that a competitor wanting to play is preferable. “It's clear there are different methods you can express yourself,” he said. “Yet, should someone be happy to just not start, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”
Positive Results
Their results have been impressive in the matches since the situation. The player is convinced the Salah's words were never meant to destabilise the squad.
“If passion has boiled over, it has consistently come from a good place,” he finished. “We’re past that now and we’re gelling well as a team, playing well and starting to win games.”
